Racing Tricycle: Design and Fabrication
- Fabricated 4130/1018 steel frame; validated FoS = 2.2 with SolidWorks FEA and machined key parts to within 0.005 inch.
- Applied DFM/DFA and reused MTB components; reduced design BOM cost 60%, and won 1st place in the annual Acadiana 500 Race.
Multi-Sensor Payload System
- Built Arduino/Python UAV payload for timed release at specified temperature and range.
